About Us
Thailand Together is an independent travel agent offering group holidays to Thailand, including flights, accommodation, and guided tours. The business operates as a sole trader.
Booking and Payments
To confirm your booking, you must make payments according to the details provided in your quotation or booking confirmation. If payment is not received in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled. Cancellation charges will apply as detailed below.
Deposit Requirement
A minimum deposit of £850 is required by 10th June 2025 to secure a place on any of the November 2025 tours.
Final Payment Deadline
Full payment must be received by 25th October 2025.
Payment Plans
The Easy Steps Plan:
£850 by 10 June
£350 by 30 June
£350 by 31 July
£350 by 31 August
£350 by 30 September
£349 by 25 October
The Halfway Plan:
£1300 by 20 June
£1299 by 30 September
The Pay-in-Full Plan:
£2599 by 31 May
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment by bank transfer only.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer cancellations:
- More than 70 days before departure: Loss of deposit
- 70 to 57 days before departure: 30% of the holiday cost (or deposit, if greater)
- 56 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the holiday cost (or deposit, if greater)
- 28 to 15 days before departure: 80% of the holiday cost (or deposit, if greater)
- 14 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the holiday cost
Cancellation by us: In case of cancellation by us due to lack of conformity or other valid reasons, we will provide an appropriate price reduction or refund where applicable, except where the issue is due to the customer or unforeseeable circumstances.
Travel Responsibilities
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid, visas are obtained (if required), and that they have adequate travel insurance.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, delay or expense arising from:
- Your own actions or omissions
- Actions or omissions of unrelated third parties
- Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances
We are also not liable for services not included in your booking or services arranged independently (e.g., excursions or hotel services). You are expected to have appropriate travel insurance to cover incidents such as flight delays or lost baggage.
Behaviour Policy
All travellers must conduct themselves respectfully. Any criminal or inappropriate behaviour may be reported to local authorities and could result in removal from the tour.
Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary in response to unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions or emergencies.
Group Size Requirement
At least 8 people must join the group for the trip to be confirmed.
Age Restrictions
This tour is available for individuals aged 18 and over.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by UK law. Any incidents occurring abroad may be subject to the jurisdiction of local authorities.
Right to Refuse or Amend Bookings
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and to refuse any booking at our discretion. Please check the website regularly for the most current version.
